ZF999 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the individual user (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your"), and ZF999 (hereinafter "ZF999", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino entertainment platform accessible at https://zf999.cam (hereinafter "the Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any Bonus Terms applicable to specific promotions.

ZF999 is an English-language platform providing sports betting, live casino, slots and related entertainment services. The Platform is designed to serve users who choose to access it, including users based in Pakistan, with full awareness that applicable local laws — including Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and related provincial legislation — may restrict or prohibit online gambling. ZF999 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Your access to and use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if registered, contact ZF999 support to close your account.

These Terms take effect from the date you first access the Platform or complete registration, whichever is earlier. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms (as notified in accordance with Section 17) constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

ZF999 reserves the right to require users to affirmatively re-accept these Terms following material updates. Where re-acceptance is required, access to account functions may be restricted until confirmation is completed.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on ZF999, you must at all times satisfy each of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual and not as a representative or agent of any business entity.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited, or where ZF999 has determined it is unable to provide services to you.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director or immediate family member of an employee, officer or director of ZF999 or any affiliated entity.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded user on the Platform or on any related platform operated by ZF999 or its affiliates.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) registered account only. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, Users must provide accurate, current and complete information, including full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC), date of birth, a valid email address and, where required, a contact number. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

ZF999 reserves the right to verify registration information at any time and to request supporting documentation (including a copy of your CNIC, passport or other government-issued ID, proof of address and payment method verification documents) before permitting use of account functions.

Account registration is a personal act. You may not allow any third party to register on your behalf, operate your account or use your account credentials under any circumstances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

ZF999 strongly recommends that all Users:

• Use a unique, complex password not shared with any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in account settings;
• Log out of their account when using shared or public devices;
• Notify ZF999 support immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

ZF999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access results from a User's failure to maintain adequate security of their credentials. Where ZF999 has reason to believe an account may be compromised, ZF999 reserves the right to suspend the account pending verification by the account holder.

ZF999 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of the transaction. Available methods, minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits and applicable fees are displayed in the cashier and may change without prior notice.

References to specific payment brands such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided for contextual familiarity to Pakistani users only. Their presence in educational or illustrative content does not constitute confirmation that these providers currently support transactions to ZF999, nor does it imply endorsement of gambling activity by any such provider. All deposit rules are as follows:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ZF999 does not accept cash payments under any circumstances.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in the currency displayed in your account (including PKR where available). Exchange rates, if applicable, are determined at the time of processing.
• ZF999 does not charge deposit fees but your payment provider may apply their own charges — users should review their provider's terms independently.

Users may request withdrawal of available (non-bonus, wagering-complete) funds via the cashier section. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Requirement: Full identity verification is required before ZF999 processes any withdrawal. Required documents include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport), proof of residential address dated within three (3) months, and verification of the payment method used for deposits.
• Name Match: The name on the User's ZF999 account must exactly match the name on the receiving payment account or bank details. Mismatches will result in the withdrawal being declined until corrected.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies as stated in the cashier. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Time: ZF999 will review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. No guaranteed processing windows are stated as processing depends on verification status, payment method and operational factors.
• Bonus Conditions: Withdrawal of funds associated with active bonus balances requires completion of all applicable wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw before meeting requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Right to Delay or Decline: ZF999 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal pending further verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or regulatory obligation.

ZF999 may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload bonuses or other incentive programs to eligible users. All promotional offers are subject to specific bonus terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term shall prevail in respect of that particular offer.

General bonus rules applicable to all ZF999 promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in bonus funds format and are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• Wagering requirements, eligible game contributions, maximum qualifying bet sizes and expiry periods are stated in the specific bonus terms.
• One promotional offer per person, per household address, per IP address and per payment method applies unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• ZF999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate or circumvent bonus terms — including through multiple accounts, matched betting on the same event from separate accounts, or other forms of bonus harvesting — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in account suspension and forfeiture.
• All bonus amounts referenced in promotional materials are illustrative of available offer structures and must not be taken as guaranteed amounts without meeting qualification criteria.

All sports bets placed on ZF999 are subject to ZF999's applicable sports betting rules, which govern settlement, void conditions, postponement policies and in-play bet acceptance. The following general rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ZF999 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and confirmed by the system.
• ZF999 displays odds in decimal format. The displayed odds at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted, subject to bet acceptance confirmation.
• In-play (live) betting odds are subject to rapid change. ZF999 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without prior notice, including during key match events such as wickets, goals or injuries.
• Events declared void (e.g., abandoned cricket matches, postponed fixtures) will result in stakes being returned to the User's account unless alternative settlement rules are stated for that market.
• ZF999 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by suspected match-fixing, data feed errors or pricing errors.
• Maximum winnings per event, per day and per User may be subject to limits as stated in the sportsbook terms. Where a single bet or accumulator exceeds the stated payout cap, winnings will be capped at the applicable limit.

Cricket betting — covering PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, Test matches, ODIs and domestic tournaments — is subject to the additional cricket-specific rules published within the ZF999 sportsbook. Users are advised to review those rules before placing cricket bets, particularly in relation to Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) rain-affected match settlement.

All casino game outcomes on ZF999 — including slots, RNG table games and live dealer titles — are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live studio equipment operated by ZF999's technology partners. ZF999 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage and game rules are accessible within the game interface or the relevant game information page. RTP figures represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee specific results in any individual playing session.

• Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant in play and the decisions of the presiding dealer where applicable.
• Disconnection during a live game round does not automatically void the round. ZF999's system will complete or settle the round based on the state of the game at the point of disconnection.
• Game malfunctions void all associated plays and stakes will be returned, except where a genuine outcome has been verifiably determined prior to the malfunction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ZF999 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity or eligibility.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening, operating or benefiting from more than one account on the Platform.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age.
• Third-Party Deposits: Using payment accounts not registered in your own name to fund your ZF999 account.
• Match-Fixing & Insider Betting: Placing bets on events in which you have prior knowledge of a predetermined outcome or in which you have any ability to influence the result.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate game outcomes, share bonus benefits or otherwise gain unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through multiple accounts, structured deposits designed to exploit terms, or other bad-faith participation in promotions.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated mechanism to place bets or access the Platform without prior written consent from ZF999.
• Data Harvesting: Scraping, crawling or extracting data from the Platform without written authorisation.
• Illegal Activity: Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing or any other activity prohibited by applicable law.

Where ZF999 reasonably believes a User has engaged in Prohibited Conduct, ZF999 reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, withhold pending withdrawals, void relevant bets or wagers, forfeit bonus and associated winnings, permanently close the account and report the conduct to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

ZF999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that allow users to manage their activity. The following responsible gambling features are available within the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum permissible net loss limits over defined periods.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set reminders or automatic logouts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a defined period or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and no deposits or bets will be accepted.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content;
• Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform software or content;
• Use ZF999's trademarks, logos or brand elements without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of ZF999 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose the User to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZF999, its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes;
• Interruption, suspension or unavailability of the Platform or any service thereon;
• Technical errors, data feed inaccuracies or pricing errors subsequently corrected;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Actions of third-party payment processors or technology providers;
• Events of Force Majeure.

ZF999's aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in that User's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Nothing in this Section excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

ZF999 collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the Platform, verify user identity, process payments, provide customer support and comply with applicable legal obligations. The full details of ZF999's data collection, processing and retention practices are set out in the ZF999 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference.

By registering an account on ZF999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your personal data. All data-related requests should be directed to ZF999 support.

ZF999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material in nature — such as changes to eligibility criteria, payment conditions or liability limitations — ZF999 will provide notice via the Platform (including by in-app notification, email to registered users or a prominent notice on the website) with a reasonable period before the changes take effect.

Where amendments are required by applicable law, regulatory direction or to address an immediate security concern, ZF999 may apply changes with immediate effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZF999 is incorporated or licensed to operate. ZF999 does not represent that this jurisdiction is Pakistan or that Pakistani law governs these Terms.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ZF999's internal support process shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, as applicable.

Pakistani users acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and applicable provincial regulations. ZF999 makes no representation that accessing or using the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Users access the Platform entirely at their own legal risk.
